About Us
Wild Bunch & Co. are part of a rural community of farmers, growers, and makers living and working in Proenca-a-Nova, a rugged landscape in Central Portugal teeming with smallholdings, lush forests, natural rivers and wild meadows.
Since 2018, our distillers and artisans have worked sustainably with the forest - gathering, distilling, and transforming common wild forest herbs into natural extracts, liqueurs, and spirits free from additives and preservatives.
Our passion for working locally and naturally from forest to bottle produces exceptional drinks with colours, aromas, and flavours that express the Espírito da Floresta and rural Portuguese life: unpredictable, raw, complex, and just the right side of the wild.
